Hi, I’m Dr. Donna Montgomery, and I’m an Organizational Psychologist. And while I really can’t be of much help in getting that junk drawer finally organized, I can be of help to you in some other useful ways!
As an Organizational Psychologist, I focus on systems, and how the parts of those systems interact to form your daily experience - from those inside your own brain, to the groups you are part of, to the business culture you find yourself in.
I have decades of experience collaborating with leaders across numerous industries. I deeply understand the nature of personal, team, and large-scale systemic change. People learn to trust me - & themselves, more importantly - as we collaborate on solutions to their issues, & help them realize personal and professional goals.
My doctoral studies trained me as a "scholar-practitioner," giving me the edge in helping to create practical and sustainable change that is rooted in both science and extensive applied experience.
I have a deep and broad toolbox from which to choose what is most important and effective for you. I have continued learning and training throughout my career.
My practice as an internal consultant has spanned organizations such as Charles Schwab, Ernst & Young, Kaiser Permanente, & Pacific Gas & Electric, collaborating with leaders to design and implement programs and build new teams, often the first of their kind.
I have now had my own practice as an external consultant and coach for over 20 years, working with hundreds of senior leaders in companies such as Genentech, Google, California Life Sciences, Calpine, John Deere, BioMarin, Granite Construction, Mars, Chanel, Dell, Pfizer, Global Foundries, Cisco, and many more.
I have worked with executives in start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, purposely working across industries throughout my career. I have private clients from all walks of life as well.
